What is your return policy for diving equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, life-support equipment like regulators and BCDs must be returned with all original tags and seals intact.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Diving Direct ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
Are your wetsuits and drysuits covered by a warranty?
All our suits come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover damage from normal wear and tear or improper storage.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
Do you provide equipment servicing or tank testing?
Currently, we specialize in the retail of new equipment. For regulator servicing or hydrostatic tank testing, we recommend visiting a certified local dive center to ensure compliance with regional safety standards.
