Returns & Exchanges
At Diving Direct, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. All returned equipment must be in its original packaging with tags attached to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or visit our returns page to enter your order number and email address to start the process.
- 2.Prepare the Gear
Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective seals are included.
- 3.Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our dive technicians inspect the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
